Explore your breathing habits, your breathing spaces, your body’s biochemistry, and learn some techniques to get out of your head and into your body.  Learn how to help your body relax and create focus. 

Cost is $35. Please outreach to me directly if cost is a barrier and you need a scholarship.

Using breathing, Qi Gong, yoga, and modern neuroscience techniques, connect to your body, move, relax, and restore. Learn techniques to calm down, create focus, and improve your connection to the present moment.

In this 3 hour mini-retreat, we’ll stand, move, sit, and lie down. Please bring a towel or a yoga mat to lie upon if you don’t want to lie directly on the floor. If you can get down and off the floor, you are ready to attend to Breathe, Move, & Be.

Over the course of 4 sessions, you'll learn how to increase your breathing efficiency, the science of breathing, and techniques to increase concentration, emotional resiliency, and performance. 

Learn techniques to connect to now and develop your breathing toolkit. The first class will be focused on breathing biochemistry, the second class on breathing biomechanics, the third class on cadence or breathing rate. The final week, we'll review and put all the techniques and skills you've learned together.

BREATHE, MOVE, & REST DEEPLY - virtual series

Tuesday evenings 7:30pm - 8:30pm, October 1, 8, 15, and 22, 4 classes.

This fall, take some time to help your body relax and rejuvenate. Each class will involve some gentle movement, breathing exercises, and techniques to help you relax deeply in a couple resting poses.

From the comfort of your home, you will want to be prepared to move gently, sit, and lie down.
All classes will be recorded and sent out the following Wednesday morning.
