Privates are a time to work together one on one. You’ll fill out a new client intake form. We’ll review your specific needs, interests, and goals. I’ll tailor the information and exercises to your situation and you will have plenty of time for questions. My intention is to help you learn something about yourself and create or expand your breathing toolkit to enable you to more gracefully navigate the ups and downs of life.

My goal is to equip clients with the tools needed to continue on their own and incorporate breathing awareness and practices into their daily life. Many clients get what they need out of 1 to 3 sessions. Others like to continue for a longer timeframe, to create the space and time to help them be accountable and to shift their breathing habits. Most privates will start with a breathing evaluation which will assess rib cage range of motion, tolerance to carbon dioxide, and breathing patterns. Sessions will then evolve based on the individual’s breathing functionality, needs, and desires. Some sessions focus on breathwork, others may involve movement as well.
